Bryanna is visual and performing artist with a focus in art direction and production design for film and media. Although she stands at a proper hobbit height of 5 foot zero (minus the large lion's mane of curls atop her head); her larger than life personality and passion for professional excellence has pushed her to explore and experiment all aspects of the arts.
Her inspirations reflect this by combining influences of theater, dance, fine art and design to her work in film. Bryanna’s pieces rest in raw and realistic narratives focusing on emotional vulnerability with a juxtaposition of highly dramatized color pallets and style. Her Passion is to push the bounds while exploring artistic visual expression within film, media and advertising to capture and audience and make an impact. Her favorite themes are exposing the strength and beauty in the unconventionally celebrated POC and LGBTQ (mostly trans experience) communities that she is part of, to shed light and awareness.
Bryanna has simultaneously worked in the commercial film industry as well as other professional outlets. In 2014 she worked in the art department for a major motion picture feature film “Captain Fantastic” (US Theatrical release July 8 2016). In 2015 she followed both her production and performing passions and moved to Florida, working for Walt Disney World Entertainment. She has worked on independent short film projects, as well as interned at a seattle based film and media visual storytelling agency-Workhouse Creative. She recently has been selected as 1 of the 200 finalist out of over 2655 applicants worldwide to be enrolled in the 2017 Art Direction Mastered Accelerator Program based out of the UK, and spends her extra time Freelancing on Multimedia Design projects.
